On the eastern doorstep of world-famous Etosha National Park, in the mopane woodland of the region, lies Mokuti Etosha Lodge, a flagship of Namibian safari hospitality. Charming thatched buildings in the classic safari style are nestled among vast indigenous gardens, lending credence to the name “Mokuti” which in Ovambo means “in the forest”. Mokuti Etosha Lodge is the perfect starting point for your adventure into Namibia’s crowning glory, one of the most popular national parks in Africa. Discover Etosha and all its wonders with us!

Wine & dine
Spend your evenings reminiscing on the wonderful sightings you enjoyed in Etosha National Park that day as you sit around an open fire at Mokuti Etosha Lodge.
Tambuti dining room and terrace
The cuisine is country-style and homely, big on comfort with a Namibian touch. The Tambuti Dining Room and Terrace serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our dinners are either buffet-style or a three course set menu with three choices per course. On certain evenings dinners are served in the garden, under the trees.
The African Boma is a traditional kraal/enclosure with an open fireplace and a braai/BBQ pit in the centre. On certain evenings you can enjoy your traditional Namibian braai (BBQ) dinner and a choice of South African wines in the Boma.
Pool bar & terrace
The Pool Bar & Terrace is open all day and serves à la carte snacks, teas and coffees as well as lunch. The Pool Bar is also a great spot to lounge around and share your Etosha experiences with your fellow guests.
Marula bar & lounge
Situated in a separate wing of the main lodge, the Marula Bar & Lounge is where guests gather to unwind after another brilliant day spent exploring Etosha National Park. The Marula Bar & Lounge overlooks the sprawling landscaped gardens. It is conveniently situated adjacent to the African Boma and often becomes the heart of the lodge before and after dinner.
In our Billiard Room, adjacent to the Marula Bar & Lounge, you can enjoy a round of pool or billiards with family and friends.
Make the most of the beautiful gardens at Mokuti Etosha Lodge. Relax in the shade of the trees or at the pool, or visit the Ontouka Reptile Park. Play a game of tennis on our courts or billiards in the Billiard Room. For those looking to relax and indulge there is the option of being pampered in the spa or working out at the gym.
Nature enthusiasts should not miss the opportunity to join an excursion into Etosha National Park in an open safari vehicle with one of Mokuti’s experienced game guides. With its abundance of wildlife you will be sighting and photographing animals until the sun sets.
